Concrete Scanning
Concrete scanning is a safe and reliable process of inspecting work areas to identify hidden services and unforeseen dangers.
Scanning is a non-destructive and non-intrusive method of surveying, which can be carried out quickly and efficiently. It is a cost-effective sub-surface investigation method.
These images are transmitted in real time and can be analysed onsite by the concrete scanning team.
Scanning Reports
Where necessary, we will provide clear and concise reporting of all scanned areas.
Depending on your reporting requirements, we can offer either a site plan markup or a comprehensive and detailed user-friendly scanning report.
Core Holing and Concrete cutting
We currently only provide this service as part of our plumbing and drainage work.
However, if other core holes are required while we are drilling our holes, we are quite happy to scan a few more areas and drill a few more holes.
Our plumbers will work in with the core holing and concrete cutting teams so that efficiency is maximised. The site will be left clean and debris-free and all the cores retrieved safely. Core holes can be captured and saved for your records if required.
Reinstating the concrete
We will reinstate all concrete trenching which has been created during the drainage stage to engineered specifications. Photos of all steel fixing can be taken pre-pouring of concrete, we can even get the steel fixing assessed by an engineer should it be required.
Safety
This type of work is performed to a task-specific safe work method statement.
We also remove all the concrete and wastewater from the site.
