# 42 Changing a BBQ gas bottle

If you are nervous about swapping an empty gas bottle for a full gas bottle on your BBQ, we have included a short video that takes you through the steps. It is a quick, easy and no fuss task.

Firstly, make sure all your BBQ attachments are firm and secure and check the gas is turned off. Take off the safety packaging on your new gas bottle. Then unscrew nozzle, connect the pipe and secure. Then hook the gas bottle onto your BBQ mount and turn on the gas! Done!
